I lucked in to finding Kerby's through an online search. I checked out their website and was impressed with the selection and prices. When I got to the store, I was greeted by Phil who took the time to find out what I was looking for and budget involved. He had all.the right answers and set me up with a floor model dresser and stock night stand along with next day delivery. I will recommend this business because of their service, selections, prices and the fact that they have been in business for over 60 years. Not many family owned businesses still around.
We are very happy with our England sofa purchased at Kerby’s. It is our third purchase at this store so obviously we keep coming back. Store manager Phil Prange is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was on time. Kerby’s was recommended to me by my mother who bought her sofa there 50 years ago!

Kerbys is the only store I found in metro Phoenix that has England furniture. After a lot of looking I concluded England was very well made and while not cheap, is very good value. What I like about these independent stores is that the staff knows their product about a thousand times better than the big box stores. They can really help you. Sharon was our sales person and was great. Due to supply chain issues we originally were going to have to wait 8 months for our sofa, but England delivered 2 months early and Kerbys delivered the very next day after they received the order. I recommend Kerbys if you are looking for good quality product, excellent service and value for your money.
From the outside this almost looks like you should drive by, but don't. Very nice selection of styles and price ranges. Sharon greeted us when we arrived, but there was no hovering or pressure. Found a bedroom set we really liked, but thought we'd check out a local warehouse store first. The other furniture store couldn't complete on price for the quality. Went back and purchased the set. Delivery went very well. We noticed a small chip in one of the pieces. Delivery person took a picture and we had a replacement within an hour. Selection, price, and service. They had it all.
My daughter was moving from out of state into the Phoenix area and needing a comfortable, functional and good looking sofa bed. We spoke on the phone with Joe, who guided us through options available and recommendations without upselling or pressure. He took numerous pictures and sent them to us. Joe was amazing! If you are looking for furniture, this is THE place to go. Joe answers questions but doesn't 'hover' like the typical sales man. He was easy to find when we had questions but otherwise, left us space to browse and talk without interrupting. Marvin was wonderful as well and I would highly recommend you check out Kerby's for any furniture you might be looking for!! EDIT: I just had to add some more to this review. We went back this weekend to look for a dining room table and I cannot express how pleased we are with the table we found as well as the genuine and wonderful customer service from Kerby's. We had met Phil before and worked with him for this purchase. Phil is just as amazing to work with as Joe! I have always received personal assistance with style and color choices and finding a specific style that would work well in my home. Sharon Gilliam is very experienced in the furniture industry and is always there to help guide me in my purchases. She always goes out of her way to make sure I am getting what I want at the best price! She has offered much valuable input when I am making a furniture purchase. The delivery service is great and the guys are friendly and courteous and make sure everything is perfectly set up before leaving. They are careful with the furniture and respect your home as well. I shopped furniture stores all over the valley and found this store to provide high quality brands (Kincaid) and the best customer service. Phil was extremely helpful, patient with all my questions, and great to work with. This store carried the same brands as other stores in the valley (Lazy-Boy) but prices were lower...they saved me 25%. I will definitely keep coming back to this store for all my furniture needs.
